TrueHome helps homeowners upload invoices and receipts, track home-related spending, and receive AI-generated insights to help maximize potential tax savings.

- Uploaded content — invoices, receipts, photos, and other documents you submit, including the images and the data extracted from them (such as vendor, date, amount, line items, and project or property details).

- Usage and device information — information about how you interact with the Service, including device identifiers, log data, and similar technical information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including to process and organize your invoices and spending, generate AI-based insights on potential tax deductions and savings, develop new features and analytics, train and improve our models and algorithms, communicate with you, and ensure the security of our platform.
De-Identified and Aggregated Data
You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a license to use it as described in our Terms of Service. We may create de-identified and aggregated data derived from your information — for example, anonymized home-improvement spending trends and benchmarks. De-identified data has been processed so that it no longer identifies, and cannot reasonably be used to identify, you. We own this de-identified and aggregated data and may use, retain, sell, license, and disclose it for any lawful purpose, including analytics, research, benchmarking, and product development. We commit not to attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or share information that identifies you personally except with your consent or as described in this Policy. We may share your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We may use, sell, and disclose de-identified and aggregated data without restriction.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we may sell de-identified or aggregated data, California residents may exercise their right to opt out by emailing us with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Your Choices
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the app or by contacting us. You may also opt out of promotional communications. Deleting your account does not require us to delete de-identified or aggregated data already created.
